The website provides a information on Mizutani Shōyu Brewery's Japanese classic soy-sauce "Hibikorekōjitsu", a naturally brewed in wooden vats, "Yamata Soy Sauce", which we have been providing to the local community since our establishment, and custom-made products and original product development for bussiness establishments.
