Mizutani Shōyu Brewery (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) hereby establishes this Privacy Policy as described below, shall construct mechanisms for the protection of personal information, and, by thoroughly implementing measures for the protection of personal information and an awareness of the importance of said measures among all employees, shall promote the protection of personal information.

1. Management of Personal Information
The Company, to keep our customers’ personal information in the correct and most updated state and to prevent the unauthorized access, loss, damage, alteration, or disclosure of such personal information, shall take all necessary measures to do so, such as the maintenance of security systems, the establishment of management processes, and the thorough education of our employees, and shall implement security measures and handle personal information in a secure manner.

2. Purpose of the Use of Personal Information
Personal information entrusted by our customers to the Company shall be used in the sending of emails and materials in the form of correspondence from the Company, guidance regarding business matters, and replies to questions.

The Company shall take considerable security measures in order to ensure the correctness and safety of our customers’ personal information.

If a customer themselves wishes to reference, amend, or delete their personal information, the Company shall respond to such requests upon confirmation of the customer’s identity.

6. Observance and Revision of Laws and Standards
The Company, along with observing the laws of Japan and other standards that are applicable to the personal information it holds, shall appropriately revise the contents of this policy and endeavor to improve it as necessary.
